What is this boulder in the South St Vrain?

Just noticed an obvious, well chalked boulder in the creek below December Wall in the St Vrain. Has a cool looking slopey traverse on one side that continues around the boulder and then tops out. Looks to be about V4 from the road.

Gonna piggyback onto this instead of making a new thread - does anyone know the literally roadside boulder in Reynolds park on S Foxton? Looks like fun, mostly curious about parking situation and recommended pad count/what the official topout/dropoff is

New topic: how are boulderers SO bad at adding MP locations for their blocs?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
