Short hand crack right of Father 1 Vedauwoo

What's the story on the short right-arcing hand and fist crack just to the right of the base of Father 1 in Vedauwoo? Probably 5.4ish. There is a newish single bolt at the top. The bolt was backing up an ancient piton until yesterday. The piton gave up the ghost when my friend tried to replace the crispy tat that linked it to the bolt. From the bolt, backed up with a piece or two, you can TR the short narrow chimney / offwidth to the right, maybe 5.7 (but don't quote me on that). We couldn't find either of these on MP or in the books we have. 

I don’t have reliable info on what I’m about to say is correct, but my guess is those anchors are the result of the FA of The Postman not being able to lower to the ground after the first ascent, and that the route you climbed was never intended as a stand alone route. Could be mistaken though.
