Dall-E harness designs and tricams, and that feeling when you're clipping the rope so smoothly you feel like Alex Ondra.

Gear placements that make you think yeah, I could drop a dump truck off that sucker. Especially if it's a .75/1/2.

Dialling in a route that once felt impossible

That hand jam that's just perfectly fit for your size hands

Booty

Watching the party above you give up on removing gear after putting in zero effort to get it out themselves

Belaying with a traxion

Working on something with a partner that has the exact same skill level

Belays/catches from someone who actually knows what they're doing (just moved to a new area and struggling to find competent partners :( )

Vertically offset bolt anchors, connected with a chain and rap ring as a masterpoint

Freshly resoled shoes from a quality resoler

Efficiency & competency

Thank you.  I'm going to do this ASAP .

Does the belay loop come out the zipper or what?

A tight slotted cam. Like a bomber nut and a cam in one.

Had a panic attack after those first 4 letters, but then kept reading and simmered down.

Onsighting that thing at that trip destination that you’ve had on your ticklist for years.

Finding and sinking into a bomber stem rest when you’re redlining on a lieback corner.

Catching the first beam of sunlight at the church bowl parking area on a crispy fall morning in the valley.

A well deserved Tecate.

Bolt placements just below and above the crux. One to catch my fall and the other to save my progress.

I don't know, but the wording "Give you the yum", and "Give you the ick"  give me the creeps.

The smell of the air when you first get out of your car at the trailhead for a brand new climbing area you've never even come close to visiting before. There's just something about it.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
