Has anyone ever fallen off of The Sleeping Lady?

I was just talking about the classic Sleeping Lady boulder problem, and I began to wonder has anyone fell off or watched someone fall off?

Did the climber land in the Icicle Creek and manage to get to shore, before riding down some class 5 rapids? 

Man that is a cool boulder problem!

I wouldn’t be surprised if no one’s ever fallen on it. The holds are massive enough to down climb from any point and the consequence of falling deters all but those who know they won’t fall.

Agreed. I mean statistically, someone has to have fallen off it. It is very classy and right by the parking area

Yes I have climbed it many times. I lived in Leavenworth for over 10 years.

Never fallen off of it though.

I’ve climbed it once, maybe I will again but for now once is enough.

By coincidence, I was in Icicle Canyon today and saw this thread. So, I stopped by to take a look.

It would be a brutal fall.
