With ddriver's confirmation and my own confidence, I'm going to post up the next one: the large black peak on the right of the photo. I don't actually know the name of it and would love to find out! I've got a good guess, but none of the maps I've checked have been able to confirm it for me, hoping y'all can If it's too hard or it's unnamed, we can do the prominent peak in the background on the left |

I don’t know the name of the peak either, but that’s lower pine creek lake in the pic. That peak reminds me of a chocolate cake |

Doctor Drakewrote: Since it's been a couple days, here's what the topo maps show: Unlabeled, but clearly a distinct peak on the ridge that leads to Peppermint Peak and then Bear Creek Spire. Maybe it should be called Peppermint Bark Buttress or Rocky Road Ridge or Marzipan Mountain?! Since everyone knows where it is now, shouldn't be too hard if you've been up in the area. |
