This one’s a toughie; I’ll give a hint: it’s in the USA, but not one of the contiguous states. I’ll accept adjacent routes 

Looks like no takers on that one, it was Hombre Araña; a bit of an obscurity right next to a recent classic called Barlovento in Pasillo frío, PR.
