If you have specific examples, happy to take a look. The area data within the app (that Ken references above) is updated weekly with newly-added content from the website. Effectively a delayed version of the same database, with some exceptions.
Generally speaking, the web version accesses everything and allows for full search and filtering and contributing new or updated info. The app is a paired down, read-only version with the ability to record some basic info like ticks, to-dos, and ratings.

OK, so the area data on the app is 1 week behind the website area data, correct?
That's the goal. Depending on the type of content (e.g. photo vs. new route vs. new area) it can take longer. I'd say if something has taken more than 3 weeks to get into the app, it's worth investigating.

No fixed schedule. Admins are volunteers so they do their best to review things regularly. If anything is time sensitive, you can send an admin a direct message to raise the priority or reach out to me and I can try to help (zander@mountainproject.com).
