Download error occured

While trying to download Southern Sierra.  Get message download error occurred.  Tap to retry.  Doing so I get same error message.  This error is repeated for Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston.  Fresh today download of Mt. Project onto my Moto G 3rd Gen.

When I backed out of the download MP crashed

Tried again4/25.  Same error message.  Download error occurred.  Tap to retry

Sorry about this.  Not sure what's happening but we're in deep building a totally new version of the app.  iOS will be released in 1-2 weeks and Android about 8 weeks later.

Also have same problem when downloading the Thailand & Taiwan .

My iOS is  10.3.3

App ver. Is 4.0.2

I have the same error. Any time I try to update or install a new area, it just says "error occurred tap to retry". When I tap, nothing happens

Also getting “download error” and not able to download any areas. Even updated to the new iOS 16.2, deleted the app, and reinstalled it. Still unable to download anything, and keep getting “download error”.

Yep. Been having this problem for the last 4 days. If you delete the app you also delete your areas… App is basically useless now…

Same.... grrr.....;(

Hey all,
sorry to bump this old topic but I started getting the exact same error message as described above about two weeks ago. It worked fine before. I tried reinstalling the app but no luck.
