Hey all - not a rock climbing post, sorry in advance. My partner and I were on a trip and our dog got out (our rover left our gate open). She was a struck by a car on 2300 E (by eggs in the city) on Tuesday evening. We found security camera footage of her sprinting towards tanners/parleys right after. We haven’t had any sightings since then and we’ve combed tanners pretty thoroughly

It would mean the world to me if people could keep their eyes and ears open for anything.

Her name is Juniper but we think she is pretty scared so if you think you see her, don’t chase or call her name. She’s a 90 lb German shepherd pit mix. Try and snap a picture and drop a pin on your location (we’ve been getting some doppelgänger sightings and it’s really tough to chase down the bad leads).

Thanks everyone!!

(ps no photos of her at the crag to share because she was reactive so we would leave her at home while climbing)

I live a few houses down from the main entrance to Tanner’s—will certainly keep more than my eyes out.

She came home! She busted into our house at 4 am and despite being hit by a car going 35 mph on Tuesday she’s doing surprisingly well. I’m happy to report no major injuries! Thanks for all the support everyone and glad this one has a happy ending :)

Wow! That makes me so happy for everyone! I saw the signs everywhere and was keeping my eye out. I'm always at Tanner's with my four dogs.
