I might be interested. I was looking at buying a Lov2 because it is cheaper (new) than the 3, and I don't think I need the 3, but I don't really understand the difference between them. Let me look into the 3 a little deeper and try to understand the difference but if it does the same thing and is cheaper, I'll go that way. It's all about the price. If you know the difference between the 2 and 3, please let me know. Thanks. |

It does the same thing. I'm pretty sure the only difference is the spring loaded button to open the side panel and the notch cut in the panel so it can swing open without unclipping your carabiner from the device. Some people prefer the feeling of the security the 2 gives them as it can not be opened without removing the carabiner. So it is up to the user to decide if they prefer the convenience of the 3 or the added (yet likely unnecessary) security of the 2. I have heard of no accidental openings |
