I prefer the new style though will consider the older one. 45.5 will be a bit too tight for me.

I have old style in 46. I’ll take a pic tonight. I used them a bit but they’re too narrow for me

Maybe halfway through the soles. Or less if your conservative on resoles. Some wear along the sides. Decent shape. Lmk if you’re interested.
