Log in Failure

It is telling me I do not have an account with this email when i go to log in.  I had it connected to my FB, but then changed my FB account email so because of that I assume the website got confused. So now I am logged out on both the web and the mobile and the password helper refuses to acknowledge any of my emails have an account with MP.

In order to post this I had to make an alternative account. But 0% of my emails that I use (or have used in the past) are currently showing up as on MP and I would appreciate some help rectifying the situation

Please email support@mountainproject.com and someone will help. (If you can send a URL for the account you aren't able to log into, that would be the quickest way to restore access.)

I'm having almost the same issue! My phone experienced a catastrophic failure and I had to unexpectedly get a new one without getting any of my account info off. When I got my new phone and tried to login with MP, it takes me to a new account with no history and with no ticks. Yet when I search for my name on MP I can see my account, with my current Facebook profile picture. No idea how to login to that account, as it was probably setup with an email from 2017, and then I linked it at some point to my Facebook and never looked back. I suspect that changing my Facebook email at some point in the last 7 years has something to do with it. Anyhoo, I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me consolidate/get back into what was my account. And if this isn't possible, can you at least delete the old account and xfer my ticks/history to a new account under my name? Thank you
