It was revenge for Black Diamond, and a lot of other things. And there was nothing that we could do about it. Part-time gym employees were made men and Tommy wasn't. And we had to sit still and take it. It was among the climbing companies. It was real greaseball shit. They even took away Tommy’s pro-deal so he had to pay full price for the gear used to set up 5.8-5.9 top ropes.  |
