Longest wall/route in each state?

As for Oregon, I believe it is the Peregrine Traverse out at Acker Rock, 1500ft of climbing! Close second would be Barad-Dûr or the Morgul Vale at Wolf Rock.

I think Peregrine Traverse doesn't meet the criteria:  "Counting only 5th class terrain and ignoring traversing, so no girdle traverses, ridge traverses, or 4th class scrambles with a few 5.4 moves "  Stuff on Picnic Lunch Wall could be longer than stuff on Wolf.

But I would guess that the impressive North (?) Face of the Matterhorn in the Wallowas has them beat.

I’m pretty sure heart of darkness and Squawstruck are longer than Book of Saturday

For Utah, Western Hardman > Book of Saturday would be bigger than Zion, but that's a linkup of two routes with a considerable walk between the two. Maybe for a continuous route, something like The Big Lebowski or Tricks of the Trade?

Looks like The Big Lebowski is a winner though I still give Squawstuck still gets bonus points for being the longest entirely bolted limestone route

Brilliant point. Hadn’t even thought of the Wallowas. Most of those routes have remained unrepeated?

For AK it's got to be the East Face of Dickey.  I think the Wine Bottle Route has 50+ pitches of sustained technical climbing over 5k vert.  There are probably taller faces but none that I know of with that sustained difficulty.

I think there is are some longer routes at Drapers Bluff.

Wolf rock is 1000' tall with only the last 200 or so being sub 5th class. The picnic lunch wall is only 600' so I think between the two Barad-Dur is for sure longer. Not sure about the Wallowas.

Love it lol! But really it’s a traverse and a damn funny flic. Probably the longest route in WVA is Millennium at Nelson Rocks.

NH it is definitely the big wall section of Cannon. No contest. Pinnacle buttress is only about 600ft

Actually, I think that Webster in New Hampshire has longer routes. I think 1300 feet. Lost in the sun. Not sure it’s really worth doing because it’s very slaby. I hear it takes about four hours to rappel down.

For Wyoming its probably something on the south aspect of Moran, Direct South Buttress all the way to the summit maybe.

I'm pretty sure Groover Variation 5.8 at Laurel Knob is the longest route in NC and the southeast. Long run out slabby burly NC climbing to the max. 9 pitches 1320 ft.

In Vermont, some long routes on Mt. Wheeler as well—at least similar in length to the longest routes on Marshfield—probably a toss up between them.

From the top of the great corner, you cannot rappel with a single 60, and then it’s two full 60 m rappels beyond that. definitely taller than Marshfield. Deep end is just under 400, according to the book

I would presume Scott’s Bluff—but is it a climb?
