Minnesota aspiring alpinists

Hey all,

I'm based out of the twin cities at the moment, and I have been trying to get out as much as possible lately. I have decent experience leading trad, sport, climbing multi pitch, and a small amount of time ice climbing, mountaineering, and very little alpine. Just wanted to see if anyone else around her is trying to hit some goals. I have the gear for all mentioned above and would love to share it. I also have the wonderful ability to fly for free most any time, so I'm always down for some trips! Shoot me a pm if you have any interest, want to take some classes together, or anything in general!

I'm flying into Minnesota this week and looking for a partner to climb at  palisade/shovel point on Saturday/Sunday, Sept 9/10. Since I'm flying without luggage I'm arriving  harness, shoes, helmet only.

I TR to about 5.10d and lead trad to about 5.9. 

Are you available for a day of climbing?

I don’t have much experience outdoors (besides some ice, but not leading) yet but am eager to learn and happy to contribute as much as possible. Hey! I’m looking to get into some mountaineering/alpine stuff this spring and summer. I also have the ability to fly for free. Short term looking to gain ice climbing experience at Sandstone over the winter and then attempt Mt Hood this spring.
