Is it just me, or do you need a 10Gb fiber connection for downloads to work? It will usually give up at 1% or stall at 33%. What's weird is it will continue to use bandwidth after erroring out (if I can call it that since it doesn't report any specific error) like it's still downloading. It's like the front end has some BS ADHD timeout instead of just letting TCP do it's thing.
The Wyoming mobile data is only 4MB, and it's served by a CDN, so it should work even on the worst connection. Can you check if your phone is out of storage space? Failing at 1% probably means your connection isn't good enough. 33% should indicate the download succeeded, and a failure there points to storage space.
Are you on android or iOS? I think on android we're updating other things at the same time as installing an area, that could be why it looks like it's still downloading.
