I bootied this good-condition #0.4-equivalent WC Zero Friend in the Upper Peninsula recently. I already have several pieces in that size (including another grey Friend that I bootied from the same route two weeks before I got this one), so I figured someone else needs this little guy more. The trigger is detached from the black sheath that connects it to the head, but it could be easily repaired with 1mm cord or a couple paper clips. I would happily whip hard on this piece, and a trigger repair would restore it to B+/A- condition. Sling is excellent. If you're stoked on getting a free cam, you could always toss a couple bucks toward the Upper Peninsula Climbers Coalition. They're doing good work up here on many levels. Edit: this has been claimed. |

Well used old 5.10s. Forget the model name. Bought them used for my son, and he wore them a ton until he grew out of them. Have life left, but you may want to give them a wash first. Size 36 Just pay shipping. |

Well i guess it's time to reiterate the idea behind "FREE GEAR GIVING AWAY" Let's stay civil, and attempt to keep with giving/receiving, not requesting, as the original idea was this. 'Nuff said. |

Free for pickup in Mariposa (not far from Highway 140 entrance to Yosemite): the cabinet setup for my van. It worked well, but I am 6'4'' and my camper is a minivan, so I decided that I was more interested in maximizing legroom than cabinet space. My vehicle is a 2008 Toyota Sienna, but with only minor adjustment it could be made to fit other vehicles. The setup consists of a floor piece that ties in to the rear front-seat bolts and the cabinets themselves, which attach to the floor plate using wingnuts and are easily removable. If you and your cabinet-less van are passing through to climb in the Valley this season it would be easy to arrange a pickup. Would love for someone to get some use out of this--let me know if you are interested! -Norm |
