Screaming deal on that double ledge with fly. Really wish I could buy it off of ya, unfortunately I'm doing lots of home renovations this month and next and have to save my shekels. I'll realistically be looking at spending 4x that for a new one from Durango Sewing Solutions in the next couple years =/
