Minutes away from I-215, I-80, and the entrance to Millcreek Canyon; 10 minutes to the University of Utah, and 1 minute to Momentum Millcreek. 

We are a low key household of working professionals who enjoy getting outside to climb, run, bike, hike, ski, garden and more. There is no cable; we don’t watch much TV; rarely run the central air and keep the heat at a low setting; typically dry our laundry on the clothesline or drying rack; clean up the kitchen after we use it, and are considerate, kind and friendly.

Monthly rent is $575, 6-month minimum. Move in cost is $1,650: first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and fully refundable deposit ($500). Monthly costs are rent plus a shared household expenses (utilities, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.) -- typically runs about $50-100 per month.  

No smoking or drugs.  Would consider a dog if certain criteria are met (e.g. doesn’t shed, is house broken and friendly, and is not a barker). No cats. Only one person; no couples.
