Ok this is killing me as I know I've walked under that damn seam a hundred times. Is this something on Raven's Ledge above the Warm Up wall area? Maybe Old Man and the Seam?

It looks like caldera  

If im right maybe Juan should go since mentioning “inferno” gave me the caldera hint.

This one should be easy. Kind of gets mobbed all day.

Not Reefer Madness. Correct State, wrong slope.  The climber fell where most who fall on this route fall.

I'm surprised no one has guessed it by now. For the sake of moving things along—I'm quite certain the climber is lowering off of Crime and Punishment at Rifle's Meat Wall.
