Anyone interested in leading the serpent WI2 on Thursday?  I’ve done some toprope up to WI3+ and I’ve had lots of experience generally in mountains

Text me if interested

What / where the heck is The Serpent in Franconia Notch?

It’s a drainage just to the north of Lincoln’s throat on the west side of mount Lincoln in Franconia notch.  Multi pitch WI2.  I’m looki to do Lincoln’s throat next week but thought to scout out conditions on serpent to give an idea of what to expect.

Thanks Luke! I don’t really pay much attention to those climbs names other than Lincoln’s Throat! Snow’s kinda lean for February in the notch but sure there’s still plenty getting to those climb (I happened to hike Mt Jackson yesterday and there’s plenty at that elevation). ! Have fun if you venture out. Kinsman is calling tomorrow!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
