What's the deal with the new release? They posted info awhile ago that made it seem like they were going to start publishing new copies right after they took down the online PDF. There is now no info online about it and they deleted their facebook. The PDF is still unavailable. This seems ridiculous to me.

Print costs have skyrocketed. Paper, Ink, binding and everything else makes the costs of production too high.

How does that explain pulling the pdf off of the internet, or deleting their Facebook, though?
