Literally not one recommendation for a good place to grab some eats.

Could you keep it down over there? We're trying to have a conversation about ourselves and our prioritized prandial preferences over here.

For sit down in SLC on a casual morning I go to lazy day cafe. For grab and go I do a Beans and Brews drive thru. Or stopping by a harmons for a Owyn protein shake and a banana

If you're climbing near Missoula, Great Falls, or Three Forks, Montana, stop by Wheat Montana for a giant cinnamon roll, and then go home and go back to bed because you're too full to send

Well you did post in the General Climbing forum instead of the one for Northern Utah, so you’re gonna get answers from far and wide!

If you’re ever in Santa Fe, Betterday Coffee has the best breakfast burrito ever: get the bacon with green, and enjoy being full for the rest of the day.

Wherever Fritz is. He also presses a good cuppa Joe (that's an important piece of safety equipment, that aeropress).

Tracy's in Almo has premade breakfast burritos and sandwiches (they make them) ready to nuke right there. Ridiculously good ice cream, too.

Quick breakfast on the fly isn't always the best thing, especially camping. Get some coffee, cook something, mill around a little, wake up, give the coffee a bit to do it's magic, and have a much more pleasant day when you can get your business done before you're off in the outback.

Which gets right back to finagle a way to hang out with Fritz.

Best, H.

Two Rivers coffee in Riggins.   We always stop there on our way to the Manning Crevice.   Excellent coffee and food.

Parfaits. Chop your fruits beforehand. Takes 2 mins to throw yogurt, granola, peanut butter, fruits, and a little honey in a container. All you need is a spoon.

Nailed it. The parfait of the God's could be considered aid in my book.

Edit to add, If you're ever on your way to do something big and crazy in Moab, go to the Moab Diner, have the Vern's Special and your pro will hold(not that you'll be falling at all), your parachute will open pefectly, and all your Mtn Bikes will remain upright. This is fully base on science and math so there's that.

Ahhh just moved to Utah there's this hard to find locale called Maverick bonfire grill. Some say its adventures first stop. I recommend the Bahama Mama.

I’m an egg sandwich and coffee kinda guy. Either at home or on the way. Anyone know a good spot in central Washington?

Sage Hills Bakery in Wenatchee! A good friend of mine runs it.

Alicias, on Hwy 108, in the town of Sugar Pine, CA. Its a bit of a detour for you likely but you won't find better baked goods anywhere.

Good luck trying to do much of anything for 3 hours after eating Tudor's! The Duke is the best biscuit on the menu!
