Does anyone else climb with a RopeX?

I also would think that sounded like a great idea until someone who knew better explained flaking to me. |

A common garbage bag weighs less, costs less, and is 100x more effective (1X for each lack of twist it puts in the rope vs the Rope X ) ironically it is also likely paired up with a Rope X after several uses by the unsuspecting |

Nathan Pwrote: I second the issue on permit use on public land- I've seen a lot of people try to make some side cash teaching people to climb outside of the gym, only for them to give up once I tell them that profiting off of public land use without a permit is illegal. Jackson, hopefully you've done your due diligence here and obtained permits for your areas of operation. I say this based on the info on your website and the age of the site. |

Someone that can “send it down hundred foot rappels without breaking a sweat” shouldn’t be required to obtain permits. |

Just checked the website. Subscription Rappelling. That’s the most insidious way to prey on vulnerable populations that I’ve ever heard of. |

Can you add a motor to the tripod thingy so it can pull ropes and coil at the same time? Potentially it could belay too |

e-grigis are aid. |

What kind of grades can you guys repel? I am pretty comfortable repelling 5.9 trying to get comfortable on 10s. |

Long Rangerwrote: Its in Provo Utah I believe. |
