Hey, any update on your friends getting their cams back? I don't mind helping them get new pieces if you give me their contact info. It seems like a bummer for them to get punished for allowing a party to pass. Did you happen to get the duos names and can find their socials? Maybe finding them there and messaging? 

Also yes Offwidth is terrible for a good lead head because of how often you are on top rope, it's just facts. However, everyone should do a wide tour at some point so you know how to be an appropriately miserable grumpy weirdo and then go into permanent ow retirement. You can retire with finger locking goodness and sport climbing on a beach somewhere. ⛱️

I don't have this issue.  Granted I don't actually climb only offwidth.  I get out and do other spicy runout leads (granted not hard leads but yeah).  Offwidth is just where I like to push my grades a bit (probably because I am mostly on toprope lol).
