Name That Guidebook Vol 1

The correct tittle is "The Roof Climber's Guide to Trinity." AP - You get partial credit because you left out the word "Climber's" and it is was in the question! You can be forgiven for adding in "College". Brian, just saw your post. Same partial credit. Forgot the word "Roof." I have signed copy of Young's "Wall and Roof Climbing." I'll post a picture. Carry on. |

DGoguenwrote: A guidebook to Gaspe rock? I spent over a week there a few years ago, looked carefully, and saw nothing but masses of choss--impressive choss sometimes, yes, but choss that even some of our choss lovers would reject. Still if it was in the U.K., there would probably be several volumes of guidebooks to the place. Now ice there, that's a different story. |

Seems like everyone is stumped. Having fun with this post and want to keep it going. The intention of this thread was to learn about all the cool spots people climb in, I didn’t do a great job of communicaring that. Perhaps we need to adjust the rules to: a guidebook you personally used within the last 2 years when climbing an area... again, just the edited cover shot. Then extra bonus points for use of classic books. I’ll post a recent one to start us off again. Brian in SLC gets bragging rights for his post stumping us. Well done. |
