I'd like to climb through the winter at higher elevation but don't want a little snow/ice to ruin the party. Looking for two pairs of used tractions for myself and my girlfriend. I wear men's size 10 boot and she wears a size 7 boot. Looking to spend ~$30 per pair, depending on quality.

There's eBay Chinese knock-offs routinely below that price point.  I cannot comment on durability as I procured some this fall and haven't used them much.  Given the failure mode is probably failure of the rubber hole attaching to the chains, I'd feel comparably about used name-brand ones as these knock offs.
