Studio in my house in Boulder available February 1 two blocks from Chautauqua

Saw a few housing posts on here recently so hope this is okay! Pretty Idyllic location that I've lived in for 7 years. I live upstairs, avid sport and trad climber, snowboarder and enjoy all the other typical Colorado things. Would be rad to have a climbing buddy just a foot away!

It's a walk out studio with lots of light: just one person, no pets and has only a kitchenette, so if you're an avid cook, this isn't ideal for you. The craigslist post has more photos and there's a google form that details the quirks of the place and provides some ease for me scheduling times to show the place, so if you're interested, take a peek!

I guess that's exactly what a rental listing is then, eh? Feel free to pass on this rental listing to any evicted parties and their homeowners insurance will happily pay the rent. Everybody wins woooooooooooo
