My goal is to heal from my severely sprained ankle (8 weeks out and still struggling) and minor finger injury and send my project that I didn’t finish up last year due to the injuries. Anything else would be icing on the cake. Also build a home wall.

Climb a ton of ice, maybe start leading it.

Walk on some glaciers, do some Cascades peaks.

Do an avy course and practice those skills.

Get my rock mojo back and avoid getting injured.

Finally meet the pre-reqs for that Cascades mountain ranger cert they keep moving the goal posts for >_<

Actually make it to Dolt on a Dolt run for once.

I can’t promise I wanna belay Daniel because my old bones need all the advantage I can get against his young bones.

The same goals as last year + a letter grade. So more FAs, more 12+, 13a, more v7, and maybe a v8. Maybe start a thread that gets to 15 pages, convince more people to love the way of the choss, maybe climb less so I can be stronger?

Re-enroll to college and continue my journey towards becoming a geologist. My grandpa was a wonderful man and I would love to do what I think would make his spirit proud. He was a geophysical logger.

Climb less trees

Climb more rocks

Get a lot more trad mileage in, and start climbing near my limit on gear. Hopefully mangle one of my own cams on a big fall.

Stop injuring a different part of my body every 2 months.

More v6’s!

Take my friends to RRG because I know they’re going to love it.

I'm not familiar with that genre. DCR, have you listened to much foamcore?

All these goals but nobody has said anything about having fun. Some of those goals sound like full time jobs.

Am I the only one who knows that Old Lady H is actually looking for a romantic date in the new year with those map pins?
