Why isn't there an Idaho P. Thread??

I've looked for it multiple times now and it seems like there is no defined partner finder zone for Idaho. Is this some oversight, or am I supposed to just shoehorn myself into the Idaho thread?

Weird that we'd have stuff for Wyoming, Montana, Washington, and Utah, but nothing definitive for Idaho.

If it is included in one of the other forum areas it would be mighty nice to have it labeled.

Edit* meant Utah thread regarding shoehorning in somewhere

There is no rock in Idaho and nothing to see here. You must go to a neighboring state to climb. That is all and thank you for asking :) :)

I’m pretty sure the only climbing anywhere near Idaho is the Cottonwood Canyons?

That was once true. But the Irreverent wall is looking pretty good these days. That approach, though . . .

Formidable to say the least! We’re buds, I couldn’t make it down to the city…

Sam If my memory serves me correctly I asked an admin this question once. The answer to your question is Idaho spans from Canada to Utah with a big blank spot in the middle. You would need one for northern Idaho and one for southern Idaho. The volume of climbers isn’t enough to justify this happening. Southern Idaho is close to Utah and northern Idaho just piggybacks Washington.  Idaho has lots of FB pages specific to climbing locations. If there isn’t one in your area it might be a good idea to make one and build from there.  Best of luck on your quest

I've tried asking them to remove Wyoming from all forums. Not worth it.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
