Most iconic/dense climbing faces in the continental US?

If you could somehow cobble together GMC wall (ideally with the old truck in view somehow, Madness Cave, and Undertow wall that would be something special right there |

As others have said, Lover's Leap would really be incredible, but I think the fires have stopped that possibility for now. |

Bobby Hwrote: I actually went and shot the images for it in June, right before the fires. It is more about waiting for the updated guidebook(s) at this stage, as the SuperTopo one is getting long in the tooth. |

Oh that is great to hear! |

you know what else would be cool? poko. but not just the main face - the slab, the high stuff etc. what a great crag. |

petzl logicwrote: I had never heard of it but it looks great, thanks for the recommendation! Jim Lawyerwrote: I have some of the photos but in bad light so might need another trip.
I shot the photo last March, I need to draw the lines. It will be a long and narrow one.
Interesting, I hadn't found anything dense enough to shoot in JTree. Those look great, though.
This one should be easy, now that I live in Canmore :)
I already have l'Escalès, the main cliff: montblanclines.com/product-…;s
Trip planned there in December.
I have the image, posters will be coming relatively soon.
Same, image is done so poster will be coming soon.
This was very high on the list but there was a snowstorm for the entire time I was there last.
Thanks for all the great suggestions! |

Have you seen how have the prints have been coming out, Alex? I have a friend in cham that might need a xmas gift but the 60 x 90 is pretty spendy at $100 in loonies. What kind of print is it, photo, inkjet or just a big color-copy on cardstock? |

Kabir Twrote: That's the one I am working on right now. Hoping to have it out in the next week or two. |

petzl logicwrote: They are offset printed on semi-glossy 200g/m2 paper. Fancy poster paper, but not fine art photo paper. |

You should definitely check out Index, WA. It’s not big but tons of climbing I would absolutely buy an index poster ! |
|
|
I’d also love to see these from kalymnos, siurana and margalef ! |

Mirka Kovawrote: This was very high on my list but we had a very typical WA experience while there (absolute downpour and delayed for hours on I-5) and elected to just keep going to the Canadian border. But Rainier and Index are at the very top of my list for the next trip down south. |

Bump for a good seller. |

petzl logicwrote: Ya, I would like to go with the biggest one for Tahquitz but wondering how sharp the image is. Anyone with insight? |

Alexander Blumwrote: I was thinking the same thing- Looking Glass and maybe Stone Mountain NC would be good candidates because they're both big granite domes with very little if any vegetation impeding the view of the entire south faces. |
