Arc’teryx Ice boot zipper

Howdy all, 

I went to grab my Ice boots and get ready for the season and my Tizip on the outer boot does not zip, any solutions? Thanks in advance.

Did you try using the lubricant they send with the boots?

Lube the zipper

(don’t get lube on the inner boot)
