Let's Make 5.14 Climbing Mentors Day!!

I am one of the few lucky ones to have a mentor... they deserve some recognition! I propose we make next Friday, May 14th (5.14... see what I did there?) Mentors Day! Give them a gift inspired by an inside joke, a hug, or even a card! They've earned it!

I guess mentors are a greater rarity than I thought...

Sooner or later, they're no longer a mentor but a partner. Mostly sooner. And I doubt they do that for the recognition.

That's what my mentor said to me, that he wants me to be his partner in the future. That's why I appreciate him... I need a partner too. Plus he's a fun dude to be around! I think they deserve at least a thank you for showing us the ropes...

I guess I was the only one to get this going... I had fun with it though! Was able to climb yesterday with my mentor!
