Does anyone know a good recent guidebook for Sedona, newest I could find was Sedona Rocks, but the reviews aren't great.

I asked that outdoor stores when I was there. Except for some old books thats all there is. There is talk of a new guidebook being worked on but no tentative details.

From my experience the MP information and sometimes the info from AllTrails (some approaches are long) are very adequate.

Have fun on the chossy (but beautiful) rocks!

I think Sedona Rocks might be worth it for the cragging and sport areas, if that's your thing. For that type of climbing I like a paper guidebook. For the multipitch climbing, MP is good.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
