fresno airport hotel

flying into fresno soon. Flight lands late in the evening, and hoping for a nearby hotel that I can walk to after I land. Any suggestions? Also looks like Yosemite reservations don't kick in until May 21. Can someone confirm that I can just show up to Yosemite and expect day-of entry before then?

Piccadilly Inn is next to the Fresno airport parking lot and a very short walk - couple minutes.

Piccadilly is likely one of the nicer ones in that part of town. 

^^^what these guys said. Also, yes you will be able to enter the park on the day of (or after) your arrival.

As a former Fresno resident, beware cheap hotels in Fresno. Picadilly probably your best option, as mentioned.
