Climbing Home for Sale. Longmont, CO

We’re selling our house near the Old Town area of Longmont.  This house is a climbers dream as it’s located for easy access to many front range climbing areas and it comes with a home wall in the garage.  The home wall is two walls one at 30 degrees and the other dead vertical. The campus board is 20 degrees. I am willing to negotiate some of the climbing holds.  I have successfully used this home wall for all my training the past 5 years and it’s easy to do ARC, strength/power, and power endurance with this setup.

I actually was thinking about touring this house. It's just ever so slightly out of my price range, but trying to hustle really hard in the next few weeks to afford a house like this.
