I have two acres on my property  for rock climbers to park off grid safely .

Close to Down town Las Vegas

I can supply water, but no power hook ups

The people I am looking for is at least 30 days stay.

The rate is $300 a month. (sorry NOT free parking)

The money is  needed  to develop my property and upkeep it.

Message me for details if your interested

Would you accept COVID RESISTANT Belay Gloves as rent?

Is there a pit toilet or will residents be digging their own holes?

300 a month are you fucking high!? It’s 150 a month in Ten Sleep. You get WiFi. Power. A bathroom. A fridge. A shower. A pavilion area. Spray wall. Place to swim... pshh that’s fucking outrageous lol and down town Vegas isn’t off grid dumb ass not even close.

Wish there was a place like this in Vermont, sounds perfect

The censoring of comments is getting fuckin’ ridiculous on this forum

for $300 you get a 20-30 min drive through the ugliest city in the world, or you can make the same 20-30 min drive to Lovell Canyon, fill up water on the way, and sleep for free and actually see some stars.

Have to admit, if he's only a block or two from a Tacos El Gordo, it could be worth it...especially if it comes with a "skip the line" pass... just sayin'

it's true and you can certainly contribute by adding route info at thecrag.com; when the North America database there becomes more complete it will be able to pressure MP into making some changes for the better. Avid FAer's like JStar have been doing this. Check it out: thecrag.com/climber/jonatha…

I once saw a guy tripping balls on acid grab a plate of TEG out of the trash and smash them into his face before wandering off into the night.

Have lived and worked EMS in Las Vegas I can tell you that you do not want to stay near Taco’s El Gordo.

I second the notion. I've never been to one w/ an empty hip, that's for sure. Food's certainly worth it though...

I certainly appreciate the effort it took to build this but man that UI is rough

I hear the non-gmo vegan-friendly ones are going for a mint on ebay. May want to save them for a Sprinter down-payment if that's what you're holding.

Otherwise, $300 a month for tap water and a place to park where no one will find my missing body? F it, I'm in.
