Split an Air B'n'B for the winter?

Here's a long shot as I continue to get my ducks in a row ...

I'm a remote worker human in Montana thinking about trying to (really hoping to) rent an Air B'n'B in Vegas from mid-January to mid-March. Work during the week, climb on the weekends, go for bike rides around the city at night during the week.

Anyone interested in splitting a house/condo/apartment?

Me: Quiet guy in his 30s with dog, working 40-hour-a-week .gov job, stoked to climb everyweekend, and riding a bike.
