In each hand, a cold one held Ope, my partner fell

Well folks, here's an interesting turn of event for this epic thread. It is clear from this and other online Climbing Haiku compilations that there's something special going on with the poets of the climbing world. We are proud to make this announcement:
During COVID downtime, a group of volunteer rock climbers worked together to create a climbing haiku book. We're partnered with the nation's leading organization for safe rock climbing initiatives (American Safe Climbing Association safeclimbing.org), aiming to raise >$15k to replace over 4,000 dangerous, aging rock climbing bolts in several outdoor locations. We've been working on the project for over a year and I'm excited to tell you that we just launched on Kickstarter!
We're volunteering our time and all proceeds are going to support ASCA's cause. Our goal is to purchase enough bolts for the ASCA to rebolt over 500 routes, and we can't do it without your support. We'd be honored if you'd help us create momentum for the project with a $13 purchase of our book, "On Climbing: The Book of Rock Climbing Haikus." If this interests you, we'd also appreciate if you'd take a few minutes to let friends know, driving more awareness for this project. Check out the link below! Thanks everyone!
