I found that the longer one was floppy compared to the shorter green one.  I have both and wouldn’t recommend the orange longer one. I love mine and so does everyone that has used it.

Just ordered about $380 worth of gear. Ascenders, pro traxion & haulbags. The duty ended up being about $65, shipping is free over $200. Otherwise it's about $30. 

FYI, I saw GriGris on Ebay for ~$65, but the seller was booted from Ebay and redirected the shipment back to themselves, so I got a refund.  

I see that a new seller is selling a $65 GriGri and I is smells fishy, so beware.

I have bought ropes and shoes from them on different occasions. Sometimes it comes through with no duty, other times you pay. It's a total crapshoot.

I paid a duty for a bunch of shit i had shipped to montreal. it sucked, not just cause of the duty, but because it was sitting at a remote drug store for pickup that was hilariously out of the way.

The duty fee has been talked about somewhere on here before.

It takes effect once you go over something like $350 in your order. So you need to purchase between $150-300 to avoid it if I remember correctly. My simple american mind was blown by the existence of the issue 

Their shipping calculator was messed up for me, it originally said it had no shipping options, so I contacted customer service. That fixed it, but despite being above the free shipping minimum it wanted a huge amount of money to ship ( like mid 40$ ). Im not sure they are actually offering free shipping to the USA for 100$ min any longer. Its too bad, sometimes they have sick deals on shoes and ropes.

epictv gear shop requires a  $150 minimum purchase for free shipping, and I just placed an order yesterday. Got my shipping confirmation today. Hello bipattern 60m dry treated rope for $156, no tax!

I got a grigri from a new seller that was selling them for 69.99 and seems like the seller is gone. Received the item so can’t complain,  but no way to tell if they came by the items legitimately.
