ISO Roommate for my Townhome in Denver

I have a room coming available at the start of July in my new townhome a little outside of the downtown area. It is located between Sloan's Lake and the Broncos Stadium. About 10 minutes to Movement Baker and 20 minutes to the base of Clear Creek. I am the only other roommate and we have a rooftop patio w/ a grill and hangboard set-up in the garage.
