Hello folks, I am 68 and retired so have lots of time.I have trad gear and can lead 5.7. Cathedral and whitehorse are my usual haunts but am familiar with Acadia, Rumney, Mt Otter, Pawtuckaway,  Echo, White Ledge, Camden. I live in York,Maine but have a mini camper so can travel most anywhere.

Hey Weston,
I believe 58 almost qualifies for old fart status.
I have been away from climbing for a while and can't commit to a time right now, but I will keep you in mind for the near future.

Any interest in Pawtuckaway on Sunday?

Let me know if you head down to the Gunks (assuming they open for climbing).  Also, you might enjoy the never-ending New and Experienced Climbers Over 50 threads.

Hi Weston,

I live in S. NH and am looking to get out and climb!  I have a 60m rope, 70m rope, and a double trad rack.  I've been climbing for about 7 years and typically onsight a 5.7 trad lead and can follow up to about a 5.10-5.11.  I'm a teacher and have the summer off so I have alot of free time!  Message me (or text me at 732-642-1349) if you are interested in getting together to climb!

I'm also a well seasoned climber (i.e. older than dirt) who is retired and looking for partners especially week days when I can pick the weather and avoid the crowds.  I'm in southern NE so I climb mostly in CT but get up to NH and the Gunks frequently (although obviously not lately).  I climb at Longstack Precipice fairly often in southern NH which is fairly obscure.  If any of you are in southern NE and want to climb I'm pretty much always available.  Trad, sport, ice.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
