Puerto Rico February thru April

I’m moving to Puerto Rico for a few months primarily for teaching kite surfing. This time will be from the beginning of February until the end of April. However, I want to keep up on my climbing and there looks to be a lot of crags around the island.

Looking into a gym membership in San Juan but plan to also bring some gear for outside climbing trips. Would love to link up with some partners while I’m there.

I am a solid 5.10 climber and feel comfortable leading to that level. I can top rope 11’s, but leading them takes me a few tries! I want to push my grade and am interested in try hard days of climbing. Because I will mostly be kitesurfing, if I do find a climbing partner I want my days at the crag to be at my highest level.

I will be in aquadilla mar 10-14, looking to get a day of leading/TR in if anyone can take me and my friends around, may only be myself so then def looking for a partner.  we have a vehicle, I can bring gear if needed. I lead up to 11s, climb regularly, and solid belay w gri gri/atc. HMU! :D
