I just can't hold it in. It's onsight, not onsite. As in, you're doing the route on first sight. Even with our amazing digital technology, it is in fact impossible to climb a route remotely, ie not onsite.

You can inspect with binoculars but not from a nearby tree you have climbed, only from the ground.

What's the term for this type of ascent then? Yellow point? Gray point? Lavender point?
