Can a non-lifted 4runner make it with ease on this road ? As long as it isn't like the road conditions to The Homestead was 6ish years ago I won't be worried.

With ease? No definitely not. But it’s possible.

I can see the dry from my bedroom. Muddy right now. But never had any issues on this road. I have had three 4-runners. Never had any problems getting anywhere in them.  And never had any issues with this road ever

As long as it is possible that’s good enough, thanks for the input.

I recommend you don’t go. The routes suck. The bees are killer. And the road is terrible. The new exposure of my loved crags sucks. Stay home. And don’t tell anyone

To the cutest boy in the whole school (Kief),

We can meet out there and hug it out. I appreciate a good troll but your delivery is lacking. As a steward of my local crag I share your enthusiasm for outsiders at my beloved crag. But baby I am coming and perhaps we will meet and dance into the sunset like lovers.

XOXO

It’s a joke. We don’t get much traffic yet. But I did see some recent you tube videos just went up. So we have been discovered. The guys from ciba have put up a bunch of routes at the farmhouse around the corner to that are worth checking out

I heard about those vids. Truth be told the Dry looks like the same crag i frequent, last chance canyon. I’ve been looking to head hat way for a couple of years but always choose another destination. It looks incredible and I’m all seriousness i understand. I’ve had to clean up mounds of used TP because it’s increased popularity and the utter lack of respect by the masses.

It’s amazing how stupid and disrespectful much of the public is. We were at Cochise Monday. There were about five groups with unleashed dogs standing on our ropes during belay. Two radios. And people letting all their garbage blow around and way too many loud talkers. Could hardly communicate while climbing. My new girlfriend took a couple of weeks to get used to me picking up garbage but I got her doing it too now. You will enjoy it. It’s some great rock. The video series wasn’t to thrilling but had to watch and see. Was good to see they at least brought in one local climber for a couple minutes. Climb well. And have fun. And try the farmhouse or the mustangs if you got time

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
