Cooks Wall NC

Climbing partners keep getting lost when hiking into Cooks Wall. They claim there are no other resources on the internet to help direct them. I disagree ...
Information/directions on how to get to West and/or Lower Walls from lake parking lot?
Able to find Cookbook, but most climbs are above grade range.
Any extra tidbits of information on Cooks Wall are appreciated!

Turn left 15' after tree blaze #82 (they are numbered, look closely ) on the Cook's wall trail, follow the trail down,trending right until you find a well worn trail that traverses the mountain. Boulders and rocks should be mostly on your right, the breakfast wall will be the first climbable rock you come to. The rest of the west walls will be climbers left and the trail to lower wall will be climbers right and down hill from the breakfast wall. The trails are harder to find with leaves dropping. Upper wall is difficult to find without being shown. There are no online resources outside of MP.

Tell them to use those "orienteering" skills they are supposedly so excellent at.

I believe there's now also a trail going from the Cookbook to the lower walls, if you hike down and climbers left for a bit. It mostly hugs the cliff.
