Where can I get a bolting permit for devils lake?

Should i contact the WCA or go directly through the park service? Since its a state forest technically its fair use right? Do i even need a permit? I was hiking through the crag and i noticed very little development, so i figured it be a good idea to set a few lines up. Thoughts? Opinions? 7 Flag Quote
