Should i use this gear i found?

I know its dirty but it should clean up nice, it still says uiaa on the sides! Found this alpine quick draw at the base of titties and beer on looking glass today.  I needed a new one this will work right?null

I wouldn't use the sling. The biners should be fine though.

Sure, go ahead and use it...for hanging gear in the garage. But if you're so cheap/broke that you think your life is only worth protection by some old junk you found, you need to seek professional help. Stay on flat ground until you've recovered. We don't need to read about you going splat because you didn't want to spend a few $ on reliable pro!

BAIL GEAR...Wash the sling, use the un-broken 'biner in conjunction with another bail piece & the "not-so-good" 'biner ? KEY FOB? or for jamming  the gas pump handle/nozzle; (keeping it depressed) when filling the gas tank; YMMV
