Hiya, I'm a plus size woman with a big booty and thighs, and I've found no harness that will fit me with regular retailers. Does anyone know if there's somewhere to get a completely custom harness done? Currently, I'm just bouldering but it'd like to free climb as well.

Misty Mountain ( mistymountain.com/) is where I'd start looking.  They do custom harnesses (mix and match between waist and leg loop sizes) as part of their normal offerings, and would be a good company to ask about fully customized sizing.

Have you looked at any full body harnesses ? They don't have a waist belt, so they will fit very differently. What is your leg circumstance? If you are under 35in there Eldridge looks like they have a full body harness which would work.

As far as making a harness, you can tie one out of webbing a couple of ways, but I don't think you would want to do that long term. You could probably contact Yates. They make big wall harnesses, and would probably make you a custom one.

Misty Mountain used to make a harness out of a single piece of 2in webbing that would fit most people.

The Cypher Guide fits to 45" waist, and can be put on without sliding over the hips if needed. It's a legit company, but the harness is very basic so someday you'll find yourself wanting something w more features.
