Should be doable. Weather could be all over the place depending on rain or heat waves. You just never know in AZ. Fires are also a big factor on the way. 87 gets shut down if so

One more thing. Be safe and check the water flow. There is a website for the park or something like that

I've heard that it isn't as enjoyable in the later season, once the more regular monsoons have a chance to flush silt into the reservoir. It apparently makes the water more dense and causes more forceful impacts when you hit the water. And then you're receiving a sandy enema.

I haven't personally experienced this, so I don't know how valid of a claim it is, but definitely something to consider.

Denser water that’s a new one for me. Don’t think the short falls will make much of a difference on density of water but who knows. I also have never had an enema:)
